Are you an administrator? We are looking to fill some rather big boots in our office.

Now about those boots. Sky, our current office administrator is going on parental leave in March 2018 and we’re looking for someone who has administrative and project experience to fill in for her during her time away.

You need to have good knowledge of English, both spoken and written. An interest in Craft Beer is a plus. To be a great fit in this role it’s good if you have a positive attitude and have great communication skills. You should be structured and organised and dare to take your own initiative. It is important that you can multitask and re-organise priorities as needed, as deadlines do sometimes change and move unexpectedly.


Your work assignments


As office administrator, you will work with administrative duties at our Kungssten Brewery in Majorna. Your duties include managing the office, uploading new products to our business systems (SAP, Excel). In addition, you will be answering incoming phone calls and e-mails, assisting the sales manager, and organising shipping for our outgoing products. You will also be ordering ingredients, other raw materials and supplies for the brewery.

The position is full time for the duration of Sky’s parental leave.

Established in 2013, we are a Craft Brewery in the cultural heart of Gothenburg. We currently have 10 employees, 5 who work in the brewery, 1 in the warehouse and 4 in the office. Our brewing philosophy is to brew new beers all the time as we build our beer library. Besides having a range of beers at Systembolaget, we also export to twenty countries.
