Cameron has received some malts, hops and yeast from us and will incorporate them in this meal! There will be a three course meal with beers selected by Beerbliotek brewer and founder Richard Bull. The focus is on lower ABV beers so you will survive the whole day.
Beer has come a long way in the world of gastronomy over the past few years. As brewers become more creative, and braver, the possibilities of pairing foods becomes a more enjoyable and interesting process.
“For a food and beer pairing I will focus on pairing the beers with flavors in the food that will complement rather than contrast. By cooking with the same ingredients used to brew you can match the same flavor profile which makes for a beer and food tasting experience.”
