For this third brunch collaboration with our good friends at Tapasbaren, Beerbliotek brewer Richard Bull will bring along some matching beers for the brunch menu below. It’s not to be missed.
The menu
Avocado sandwich with chilli mayonnaise.
Poached eggs with spinach, nettles and chive sabayonne.
Deep-fried onion rings.
Poached pears, yogurt and toasted almonds.
Sourdough Pancakes.
Cheese.
Price: 495kr per person, which includes a five course brunch, matching beers, plus a chance to meet our head brewers.
The event has only 40 places available, so it’s first come first served.
Tickets will be released on the 14th of February.
