Sweet fruit and berry aromas work together with a light malt body in this easy drinking Rye India Pale Ale (IPA), where we use 20% Rye in the malt profile.
No(r)mansland is part of our series which celebrates the four founders of Beerbliotek, in this case Adam Norman. This beer should improve over 5 years in the cellar.
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
Nelson Sauvin hops are highly regarded for their wine & tropical fruit characters. We’ve used Centennial hops to freshen up the aroma & add some citrus to the mix.
