Collaborations are an integral part of our brewing philosophy. We teamed up with our friends at Stockholm Brewing Company to create this hop inspired sour.
We use a massive amount of 3 chocolate malts and 3 crystal malts to make this beer, before ageing it with bourbon oak. No coffee or chocolate added!
#09Raspberry Wheat
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
#017Belgian Black IPA
Toasty malts and fruity hops combine with a Belgian yeast to make a complex beer that we know won't be for everyone. But we're ok with that.

Nelson Sauvin hops are highly regarded for their wine & tropical fruit characters. We’ve used Centennial hops to freshen up the aroma & add some citrus to the mix.
