Citra is another of our favourite Hop varieties, which is why we decided to create this Single Hop beer to show off its characters. Expect citrus, passionfruit and melon tones delivering a fruity IPA.
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
The use of 20% Rye in this Pale Ale adds a distinct tartness to the malt profile, while still allowing the aromas of floral hops and tropical fruits to shine through.
