What’s the difference between an India Pale Ale and a Pale Ale? Using the same malt and hop profile we created Big Brother India Pale Ale and Little Brother pale Ale. So you tell us?
An easy drinking Rye India Pale Ale (IPA) with a light malt body work together with sweet fruit and berry aromas. 20% Rye has been added to the malt profile.
The use of 20% Rye in this Pale Ale adds a distinct tartness to the malt profile, while still allowing the aromas of floral hops and tropical fruits to shine through.
Nelson Sauvin hops are highly regarded for their wine & tropical fruit characters. We’ve used Centennial hops to freshen up the aroma & add some citrus to the mix.
