This dark amber style Lager is brewed especially for Easter. Lightly hopped, with a balanced addition of Orange peel, it delivers a stronger, malt forward beer with a bang!
We have combined a complex hop profile including a first wort, and a rich malt body to create a beer that is nice now but is designed to age.
We use a massive amount of 3 chocolate malts and 3 crystal malts to make this beer, before ageing it with bourbon oak. No coffee or chocolate added!
A golden blonde ale brewed with coriander seeds and red pepper corns, fermented with Belgian yeast.
Our Antipodean IPA is fruity! Mango, passion fruit and pineapples are present from our use of Australian and New Zealand hops.
