A true Gothenburg collaboration between Dugges and Beerbliotek. The idea was to brew a big beer, with a lot of flavour and taste, using hops, water, malt and yeast.
Nelson Sauvin hops are highly regarded for their wine & tropical fruit characters. We’ve used Centennial hops to freshen up the aroma & add some citrus to the mix.
#06Rye Pale Ale Chinook Columbus
The use of 20% Rye in this Pale Ale adds a distinct tartness to the malt profile, while still allowing the aromas of floral hops and tropical fruits to shine through.
#09Raspberry Wheat
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
#01810 Hop Oat IPA
This brew is made with oats to enhance the feel of the beer in your mouth. Then it has 10 different hops added for a bursting hop profile. Hoppsan!
