01 Apr As the dust settles after the GBG Beer Week, the brewery is brewing more new beer and we launch one more at Systembolaget – Weekly Brewery Update
And the dust has settled.
After GBG Beer Week, we started going back to business as usual in the brewery. Brew new beer, and release more beer at Systembolaget.
More New Beer.
This past week we brewed a new beer. Something we haven’t done before, and we hope you like it. The name? Crazy in the Coconut.
For this IPA we really wanted to challenge the tastebuds, and give you everything you'd expect from a Hoppy IPA. Fresh flavours and a light malt body, mixed with the milky sweetness you'd expect from Coconut Milk.
New at Systembolaget for 2017. Get them fresh.
In November last year, we had Cervisiam from Norway over at our Kungssten Brewery for a collaboration. The beer of choice was a 7,5% IPA with the addition of Orange Peel, which is why we named it Not Guilty! The OJ IPA, as a little bit of a fun statement.
It will be launched at Systembolaget on Monday, the 3rd of April, to join our existing range, but the name has changed to Not Guilty!! The Juice IPA, after a request from them.
Last Chance. These beers say goodbye to Systembolaget.
As we currently rotate our Systembolaget beers, with new ones coming in and older ones leaving, you have a final chance to get hold of the following three beers, before they disappear. Black IPA was our 7th beer, and has been with us from the start. It currently rates as the best Black IPA in Sweden.
Pilsner One-O-One was our first Pilsner attempt as a brewery. We never attempted this style as home-brewers. As with all of our beers, this one is unfiltered. Single Hop Mosaic IPA has been part of our Single hop series, where we also did one with Galaxy, Belma & Citra hops. It was also the first of our beers to go into a can.
Get your hands on them while you can 🙂
We just closed the doors on another fun day at the Beerbliotek Tap Room. Thank you for everyone that comes by every second weekend to come and try some beers.
We’d also like to say thank you to everyone who bought a Lovechild, or managed to get their hands on one. We’ve heard some great responses about it, and we’re happy we let it rest in the bottle for nearly two years before we sold it. Turned out a beaut 🙂
That’s it from us for this week. Until next week.
Finding our beers in Sweden
Folköl (Low ABV Beers)
On our Folköl page you can see our entire assortment, as well as the Stores & Supermarkets, such as ICA & Hemköp that stock them across Sweden. When our Tap Room is open every second weekend, you can also come past to buy them directly from us. We always have a 4-pack or 6-pack available.
Getting hold of our beers Internationally
At the moment we export our beer to more than 15 countries. Some countries have exclusivity contract, whilst others do not. If you’d like to distribute our beer in your country, then please get in touch, and we can send you a price list, and discuss samples, etc.
