An evening of brewing and grilling at Burgersson.

Yesterday, 21st January 2020, we had the pleasure of taking over Burgersson Skanstorget restaurant with a burger and beer pairing event.

A big thank you to the team at burgersson for a great evening and for letting us talk about all things beer and pairing our brews with your delicious Burgersson sliders.

We chose 3 of our beers carefully to compliment 3 Burger Sliders, here’s what we came up with:

Ginger Spice paired with They’re Playing our Song (NEIPA)

soja & misomayo, sesam & korianderpicklad gurka, sötpotatiskrisp, cheddarost, sriracha.

Redneck paired with Eternal Darkness (Imperial Stout)

rostad majskräm, bacon, picklad jalapeno & rödlök, cheddarost.

Vive le France paired with Rainbow Bärs (Black Lager)

vitvinsstekt lök & bacon, brieost, dijonkräm.
