Our brewing philosophy is to brew new beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink. This means we have a great archive of recipes that we can go back to, when we want to brew certain beers again. Pop Corn Hop Porn, or Pop Corn for short, is one of those beers. It has been revived four timers in the last five years, because we really like it, and there has been demand for it from our customers.
An aromatic Hop taste with a clear bitterness, hints of Grapefruit, Papaya, Honey, Citrus and Pine Needles.

Our name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek, for us, would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
