This is a cask Red Ale, created by one of our brewery interns, Christoffer. A one-time, limited experimental brew, released at our Tap Room, and one of our local bars, Haket. A deep reddish copper Cask Ale with caramel maltiness, toffee-like tones and Noble hop aromas. Clean, smooth and bitter.
Our good mates from Gamma Brewing Company in Denmark, came over for a long overdue catch-up and collaboration. Known for their fruity, hop-forward beers “with a tendency toward the lavish use of hops”, we knew we had to go big or go home. Afterall, this is our first collab.
In this Sour Ale we’ve added a lot of passion fruit, and strawberries. It’s as simple as that. This beer is dedicated to everyone living their life full of passion.
Johan created a A Hazy Pale Ale with Simcoe, Idaho 7 and Columbus hops. Simcoe brings underlying tones of pine and citrus together with tropical fruits from Idaho 7. The result is an easy-drinking 5,2% Hazy Pale Ale ,with overripe tropical fruits, candied peaches, pine and lemon flavours. Columbus hops accentuate a nice, dank bitterness to end with, for balance.
