Single Hop Mosaic is beer #120 in our beer library, and after a 4 year hiatus it has made a comeback.
As the label says, Mosaic is one of our favourite hop varieties. The name Mosaic was given to the variety because of the complex and broad aromas it imparts. This complex profile is backed by a clean bittering, which makes it especially remarkable in single hop ales.
Mosaic hops feature complex but clean flavor characteristics and are known for their triple-use profile encompassing bittering, flavor and aroma.
An aromatic hoppy beer with a fruity taste. A distinct bitterness, hints of grapefruit peel, honey, passion fruit, pineapple and pine needles.
Text on the label. Mosaic is one of our favourite Hop varieties, so we decided to show off its characters in this beer. Expect orange, marmalade and tropical fruit tones delivering a luscious IPA.
