The second in a series of pale ales combining the subtle flavours of European hop varieties with the exciting aromas of American hops.
This classic Californian style beer is like an easy drinking pale ale, but fermented with lager yeast to reveal some interesting aromas and flavours.
An unusual style with an unusual colour, this Wheat Wine is packed full of hoppy goodness! It has a deep malt character and a luscious mouth feel.
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
