We have used a crazy amount of hops throughout the brewing process for a vey bitter, highly aromatic and very tasty India Pale Ale.
We have combined a complex hop profile including a first wort, and a rich malt body to create a beer that is nice now but is designed to age.
This brew is made with oats to enhance the feel of the beer in your mouth. Then it has 10 different hops added for a bursting hop profile. Hoppsan!
Toasty malts and fruity hops combine with a Belgian yeast to make a complex beer that we know won't be for everyone. But we're ok with that.
This India Pale Ale (IPA) sports a medium malt body with a gentle bitterness and a lot of American aroma hops.
