This is a beer that was aged in tank for over 3 years, it’s packed with Strawberries, Raspberries, Lactose and Brett.
We have combined a complex hop profile including a first wort, and a rich malt body to create a beer that is nice now but is designed to age.
A classic English style beer with an American twist and a little smokey edge, hopped with Australian and American hops.
Cascade and Columbus Hops present fresh pine and citrus characteristics, combined with the coffee and liquorice tones from our blend of roasted malts. For us, it’s all the things a Black IPA should be.
Our Antipodean IPA is fruity! Mango, passion fruit and pineapples are present from our use of Australian and New Zealand hops.
