Classic full bodied barley wine which we have then fermented with Belgian yeast. Hints of Dried fruits and esters from the yeast and a strong malt backbone and a gentle carbonation
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
