This Wheat India Pale Ale is made with 35% Wheat Malt for a light sourness and combined with the big aromas of Willamette and Cascade to create a clean, crisp, easy drinking IPA.
The use of 20% Rye in this Pale Ale adds a distinct tartness to the malt profile, while still allowing the aromas of floral hops and tropical fruits to shine through.
We’ve added Peach into our longest lasting beer. This combines peach tones on top of the gentle citrus tones of European noble hops with the more in your face aromas of US high alpha Hops.
