A Red Ale collaboration with our friends at Mankerbeer. A low bitterness, tropical fruits and malt sweetness, ending in a dry finish and Motueka hops to top it all off.
Sweet fruit and berry aromas work together with a light malt body in this easy drinking Rye India Pale Ale (IPA), where we use 20% Rye in the malt profile.
We ferment this Pale Ale with a massive amount of Raspberries. With 30% Wheat in the malt bill, it has a slight sourness we think works nicely with the Raspberry aroma.
