Friday the 17th of March is not your ordinary afterwork at the Beerbliotek Tap Room. We invited the world’s first(?) Cheese Jockey, David Andelius from Hilda Nilsson Ost. He will serve a specially composed cheese platter to go with four of our beers, specially selected by our head of brewery operations, Adam Norman.
Adam’s thoughts on beer and cheese: “Beer has come a long way in the world of gastronomy over the past few years. As brewers become more creative, and braver, the possibilities of pairing foods becomes a more enjoyable and interesting process. This is a formal invitation to you to come and try these combinations for yourselves.”
The four beers are:
- A Moment of Clarity. GBG Beer Week 2017.
- Oat Wine Continuum (Première)
- Eternal Dankness
- Kilos of Cookies
No Bookings required, but it will be on a first come first served basis. So come early.
