We are a Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Our brewing philosophy is simple… brew interesting, creative beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink.Right now we are looking for experienced brewers to join our brewing team.
What we need
We are a small brewery and a close knit team and we now have an opportunity for an experienced brewer to come in and put their stamp on our beers. Our brewery is fast paced with a focus on producing beers of the highest quality.
Alongside our core range we have a focus on producing new one off beers, there is always something new coming out of the brewery and you will be key in ensuring a constant supply of interesting, balanced and exciting beers so we are looking for someone with lots of imagination and drive to help take our beers to the next level.
Alongside our head of production you will be responsible for all daily production operations, including recipe development, wort production, tank management, quality control and packaging. We work as a team on all aspects of production so a willingness to learn and contribute in all aspects of production is vital.
Requirements
- Minimum two years experience in wort production, cellaring and packaging in a high paced production environment
- A love of craft beer and a fun can-do attitude is essential
- A desire to share ideas, work as a team and solve problems on the fly
