New Beers

Beer release #227. Mankini is a Sour Ale with Tropical Fruit

A can packshot of Mankini Tropical Fruit Sour Ale, brewed by Swedish Craft Brewery Beerbliotek.

This Sour Ale is inspired by the hottest Swedish summer of all time. We took inspiration from the tropics and added Mango, Peach, Pineapple and Apricot and dedicated it to the greatest Brazilian* bathing suit of all time. (*some facts may be factually incorrect.)

At the moment we have done no less than fifteen different Sour Ales, with different fruit additions. All of them have a similar Malt profile, and range between 3,5% – 4,2% alcohol.

In our assortment our Sour Ales have a different treatment when it comes to label design, in that they have an illustration inspired by the fruit. The model in this beer is our sales manager Henke, who took one for the team.

Available at Supermarkets

Our low ABV Beers are always all available to supermarkets here in Sweden, and now there are three different ways to get hold of them too. If you’re an ICA Supermarket, then you can search the ICA lokalportal, alternatively you can use Stockfiller. The third option is always just to contact us directly.

About Beerbliotek

We are Beerbliotek, a Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Our brewing philosophy is simple… keep brewing new beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink.

Our name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek, for us, would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
