As a brewery we like to experiment, push the boundaries of what we can do. This beer is the barrel aged version of Rainbow Bärs, the normal Schwarzbier from earlier in 2019.
This time around we barrel aged a Lager in Cognac barrels. So expect a lot of flavour, something you may not have tasted before. Hence the idea for the name
Used espresso grinds, dark chocolate, smoke/char. overripe pear, un-smoked cigar.
Literally everything has been brewed before. Well, apart from this Schwarzbier aged in Cognac Barrels. Finally something unique*.

A Craft Brewery founded in Gothenburg (Sweden) by four friends from different parts of the world. Our brewing philosophy is simple… keep brewing new beers that we, ourselves, would want to drink.
Our name is derived from the Latin word bibliothēca, meaning library, or a collection of books. A Beerbliotek, for us, would then mean a beer library, or a collection of beer.
