Beer Release #307 Waiting for the tide to come in x To Øl Beer Club – Honey Baltic Porter.

We teamed up with our Danish friends, To Øl, to put some fun brews together for the monthly To Øl Beer Club box May edition!

For this we brewed one beer especially for them, Waiting for the tide to come in x To Øl Beer Club, a Honey Baltic Porter. Plus we gave them two of our latest beers, Herb Life, an India Pale Ale, and Amazing Maize, a Mexican Lager.

Waiting for the tide to come in x To Øl Beer Club – a Honey Baltic Porter.

This is our Scandinavian interpretation of a Baltic Porter, a style inspired by our friends from across the seas, East and West, a style that has always moved with the tides.

This beer is as dark as the Scandinavian winter nights, brightened with a touch of honey sweetness, and waves of deep malty flavours. A complex mix of toffee, liquorice and soy wash through with soft notes of coffee and chocolate. This beer is designed to be a warming evening sipper, as one waits for the tide to come in.

Fingers crossed we can go across the seas soon for a visit and collaboration.
