Beer Release #310 Forward with the goat – Belgian Pale Ale

A marketing can packshot of Forward with the goat, a Belgian Pale Ale, brewed by Swedish Craft Brewery Beerbliotek.

Finally, we have brewed a Belgian Pale Ale, a style we have been interested in for a long time.

Inspired by great Belgium beers, we decided to get on with it and brew a beer style we’ve not brewed before. One we’ve admired for a very long time. Belgians love their expressions, as much as we love their beer. Forward with the goat is a direct translation from the Dutch saying, Vooruit met de geit, which means to get on with it.

This Belgian Pale Ale is golden-yellow, cloudy and dry hopped with Citra. Belgian yeast brings forward classic notes of banana, clove, spice and citrus. Balanced with a light bready character with fresh, herbal, lemon zest and pine hop notes that end with a refreshing bitterness.
