Meeting friends from around the beer world and having opportunities to work with great, like-minded & passionate people, are some of the reasons why we do what we do, and why collaborations are an integral part of our brewing philosophy.
This is our second collaboration with Browar Stu Mostów (The Brewery of a Hundred Bridges). Our first was brewed back in 2019 at their brewery in Wrocław. We think they are one of the best breweries in Poland making great beer, crafted by passionate people. Though we weren’t able to have a return collab at our brewery as planned, we worked together from afar to create something that we all enjoy, as a tribute to our shared values and similar brewing philosophies.
Nopaque is an unfiltered West Coast IPA full of citrus, dank, herb forward and fruity hop flavours. Built on top of a balanced malt sweetness, and finishes with a round and pronounced bitterness.
