It was with great excitement this week that we canned our first barrel aged beer.
This week was as busy as what it gets in the brewery, with the packaging and release of two new beers in bottles, A Passion for Strawberry Blondes and Hopped and Hyped.
This week Brewskival goes mangoes, when we launch our latest creation; A small batch of Hip Hops where we added copious amounts of mango.
This week we’re looking at the second half of our collaboration history. We also launch a new IPA and release our kegs of Sour Berry Quite Contrary.
This week we’re looking at all the beers we brewed as part of a collaboration with either customers or other breweries. We also launch our new Berliner “A Passion for Strawberry Blondes”.
This week we say goodbye to one of our first beers, #09, Raspberry Wheat.
The time has come to present our five finalists for our #FreshestCanInTheLand competition.
We don’t close the brewery that often, but this week all the staff that works in production had the week off. They’ve done a great job over the past year, or since we moved into our new Kungsten brewery and brewed our first beer there on the 21st of October 2015.
This year we’re heading to Brewskival, the great human project 2016.
It’s Brewski’s outdoor beer festival in Helsingborg, taking place on the 26-27th of August at their Brewery! Look for some great craft beer, food, music and a lot of people.
During this week I also ventured into the brewery to interview Adam for our brewery update. He and Axel was just busy finishing up a brew day. Hip Hops as I recall.
