A hop forward & well balanced Hazy IPA.

Over the past few years, Schwarzbier, also known as a Black Lager, has become one of our Christmas brewing traditions. We designed this year’s beer as the perfect stocking gift for your loved one. An ideal, small gift to enjoy when the Christmas lunch preparations have begun. A beer style you can trust on any festive table, which pairs excellently with traditional Christmas recipes.
A collaboration with the Quality Hotel Waterfront, located down by Sockerbrucket, where Beerbliotek began. This is a Porter, with a complex malt profile, ready to enjoy now, but will mellow and develop as it ages. Roasted tones of chocolate and coffee, with liquorice, toffee and hints of honey and bread.
Juicy, hazy and tropical. Rush is a Hazy IPA featuring a hop mix of Azacca, Ekuanot Cryo, and Idaho 7 Cryo. The result is a bright and refreshing aroma with tropical fruits, citrus, and sweet, well-balanced malt tones. Delivers a big burst of juicy mango, citrus, stone fruit, and a touch of spiciness.
GLOW-along is a Kveik IPA, part of a collective brew project to tackle gender bias in the brewing industry & give back to the community. Brewed with G.L.O.W. & Yakima Chief Hops.
The days are getting darker, and so are our beer.
As the weather starts to get colder and the leaves start to change, it’s time to look forward to the next season. Summerye is a Rye IPA that reminds us of those early summer mornings while looking forward to a cosy Autumn, followed by colder winter nights.
We teamed up with the good people at Hasselssons to create their very own beer – Hasselssons Li’l Pils. At 3,5% you could call this Unfiltered Pilsner a Table Beer and with its chewy mouthfeel and Czech and Slovenian hops, this beer pairs perfectly with all of their delicious seafood dishes.
The beer of choice if you are looking for an easy-drinking, straightforward, crisp, thirst-quencher. A beer best served at 8-10°C while relaxing in the company of old friends. Clean, simple, full of citrus and stone fruit flavours with hints of grass notes and a soft yet pronounced bitterness.
Session IPA is the most recent brew from the beerbliotek experimental brew project, created by Molly, our latest brewery intern – in fact, this is her very first recipe. Not all of these small experimental brews make it to the outside world, but we are happy to say Session IPA will be released at our local pub The Red Lion.
