Our brewers really enjoy brewing new beers, or playing with variations in a style. In this case they’re paying homage to the misfit White IPA, a square peg in a round hole.
On our journey experimenting with beer styles and different hops, we brewed this Single Hop Idaho 7 IPA to better understand one of our brewers’ current favourite hop varieties.
Sunny disposition is our second New England Session IPA. An ideal springtime beer for all of you hop heads looking for a fresh IPA to brighten up your day, until we can once again welcome the sun back to Sweden. A light, golden and hazy beer, loaded with oats for a silky smooth mouthfeel. Mosaic hops fill the nose with dank and herbal notes, followed by a fruity kick from Ekuanot hops.
Even after 300 individual recipes, the brew team remains focussed on experimentation. This freeze-distilled Wheat Wine is a first for us.
Brewing über traditional beer styles is tricky. This series is about meeting the demands of the craft we love whilst letting the beer do the singing.
Our brewers didn’t go with the flow, but crossed the stream to brew up this crossover between the forgotten Black IPA, and the big New England IPA. For the first time our brewery combined London Fog yeast with roasted dark malts to create a super fruit and hop forward Black IPA with a moderate bitterness built on a strong malt backbone.
As a brewery we are constantly taking on the challenge to brew new kinds of beers. Sometimes, as the name suggests, we brew Even more of exactly the same. This is another Double IPA, making it our 30th Double IPA in our beer library.
Mild mannered is our first English Mild Ale. An easy to drink, laid back beer to sit back and slow down with. A translucent copper colour with hints of cocoa nibs, tobacco and leather on the nose with an added layer of raw fruit and toasted biscuits. This malt forward low ABV brew delivers robust flavours of raisin, dried fruit and chocolate balanced with toffee notes in the background with a smooth mouth feel.
I never agreed to date you without a beard, is our 10th New England IPA and features our brewery staff as models. Herbal aromas with green grass and limes sit alongside a backbone of toasted oats and vanilla. The mouthfeel is sweet, slightly woody but still fresh. Thick and creamy, this IPA is all kinds of citrus, herbs and candy.
