03 Dec Great opening night at our Tap Room. Thanks everybody. – Weekly Brewery Update
This week we opened our Tap Room to the public, and released two new beers on the opening night. Our Webshop has also been stocked with some new merchandise, for your wearing pleasure.
Good times. Our Tap Room has finally opened.
Yesterday was an amazing day for us. Our Tap Room opened with an hour spent with the member’s club, followed by four hours open to the public.
The beers were flowing and it seemed as everyone had a good time. Our two head brewers managed the pouring and suffice to say, they enjoyed their beer after the doors were closed.
We had four beers on tap, of which two were brand new. The new Coffee Oat Stout “Book of Records Hazelnut & Vanilla”, as well as the Cervisiam collab IPA with Orange Peel, “Not Guilty! The OJ IPA”.
At the Tap Room it is also possible to buy Folköl (Low ABV Beers) as takeaways. There’s mixed packs available, or pick the ones you like the best.
Hope to see you on day two, or sometime in the future. We’ll be open every second weekend, as well as special occasions.
New Merchandise. Get some.
Book of Records. Hazelnut and Vanilla debuts at the Tap Room.
In the past year we have made a few version of some of our favourite beers. Bobek Citra Peach, Single Hop Mosaic Apricot, a barrel aged Eternal Darkness and Mocha Latte Stout Double Shot Vanilla. There’s very limited supply of some of them, but we hope as many of you get to taste them.
Our Tap Room will always have one keg on when they’re available or new. So be sure to come and say hi when you’re in the area, or when you’re in Gothenburg.
Hello Sweden. Hello Systembolaget.
This past week we added 3 more beers to our local assortment at the Swedish monopoly Systembolaget. That means there’s 9 beers available for our Swedish customers to buy or order to their closest store.
We have plans to add more to the assortment in 2017, like Pop Corn Hop Porn, which will be available some time in March. We’ll let you know when the dates have been confirmed.
For this Pale Ale we use Styrian Bobek Hops from Slovenia and Citra Hops from the US. This combines the gentle citrus tones of European noble hops with the more in your face aromas of US high alpha Hops.
Hip Hops contains a combination of what we consider to be the current “Hipster Hops”. A clean malt profile of Pale Malt and Carapils leaves a crisp clean finish, allowing the hops to really shine.
Don’t forget to check out our Tap Room page, where we will publish the dates our Tap Room will be open in the future. We’re aiming for every second weekend, and then special occasions. Our social channels will also be updated immediately. But from us, a great thanks for those that joined us on our opening weekend.
That’s it from this week’s update, we hope you enjoyed the catchup.
Keep well, until next week.
