The use of 20% Rye in this Pale Ale adds a distinct tartness to the malt profile, while still allowing the aromas of floral hops and tropical fruits to shine through.
We ferment this Saison at a high temperature to get a nice spice from the yeast. We then accentuate it with a small dryhop of Chinook hops from America for a gentle spice and refreshing citrus tones.

An easy drinking Rye India Pale Ale (IPA) with a light malt body work together with sweet fruit and berry aromas. 20% Rye has been added to the malt profile.
This is a collaboration between All in Brewing & Beerbliotek. Our ambition was to make a black, yet easy drinking, Pale Ale with subtle roasted notes and an aromatic hop profile. We used American Mosaic and Chinook hops, which adds notes of blood orange, passion fruit and a hint of resinous spice.
