In this week’s Brewery Update, we prepare for a big weekend at the Beerbliotek Tap Room where we premiere out outdoor serving area, we’ve packaged a new black beer on Monday, and we’re heading to the Edinburgh Craft Beer Festival for the first time this year.

In this week’s Brewery Update, we look at some of the versions of beer we have made in the past two years, along with the barrels we filled with deliciousness on Friday. There’s also a bit of a walk down memory lane and our first labels with the bridge. Then finally. we’re looking forward to the Tap Room opening again next week, with a side-by-side tasting of batch one and two of Göteborgswits.
This weekend we attended another festival, this time at Haket, one of our favourite pubs in Gothenburg, and packed some more pallets of beer, to export to Estonia, Italy, Finland & Scotland.
This weekend we heard news from the Helsinki Beer Festival that two of our beers have won awards, Adam is in Australia on holiday, and managed to squeeze in a brew day with our friends at Moon Dog, and our latest beer at Systembolaget sold out in a few days, so we have urgently shipped some more.
As the dust settles after GBG Beer Week, we started going back to business as usual in the brewery. Brew new beer, and release more beer at Systembolaget.
This week has in a few short words been a lot of fun, but crazy as hell 🙂 We’ve had eleven events across Gothenburg during the GBG Beer Week. They’ve included a lot of food and beer, one open brew day, a day of shopping and a Punk Rock concert. It all ended with the Gothenburg Beer and Whisky Fair, where we this weekend served up a range of ten 12 different beers.
In this week’s brewery update we want to thank everyone who celebrated the start of the GBG Beer Week with us, when we launched the official beer, A Moment of Clarity. Wherever you drank it, we appreciate the support. We also launch three more beers in a week that will be filled with a lot of good times.
