Everyone at the brewery was looking forward to this past week, as we had planned to take the whole brewery on a roadtrip across Sweden, all the way to the capital, Stockholm. There we had planned some events, and a brew day with our friends from Stockholm Brewing Co.
In the last week we filled some more beer in barrels at our Sockerbruket Sour Brewery.
In this week’s brewery update we show some photos of our new cans, Henrik’s trip to Finland and our collaboration with All In Brewing on Friday.
In this week we brewed a collaboration with one of Sweden’s best brewers, Olle from O|O Brewing, we were asked to brew the official beer for GBG Beer Week 2017.
This week was all about fresh cans of beer, both high alcohol and low ABV, and the news of a new low ABV beer available next week, called Amber Alert on 3,4%
This week we released a new DIPA, Passion Fruit of the Loins with a new label and will be releasing versions of some of our favourite beers in cans.
This last week we launched another new Pale Ale called Paley McPaleface, we started exporting to Finland and we had a fantastic night with our member’s club at our Sockerbruket Sour Brewery.
It was with great excitement this week that we canned our first barrel aged beer.
This week was as busy as what it gets in the brewery, with the packaging and release of two new beers in bottles, A Passion for Strawberry Blondes and Hopped and Hyped.
This week Brewskival goes mangoes, when we launch our latest creation; A small batch of Hip Hops where we added copious amounts of mango.
