Roadtrippin’ to Stockholm – Weekly Brewery Update
Everyone at the brewery was looking forward to this past week, as we had planned to take the whole brewery on a roadtrip across Sweden, all the way to the capital, Stockholm. There we had planned some events, and a brew day with our friends from Stockholm Brewing Co.
Barrel aged beer is the new black… or at least this past week it was.
In the last week we filled some more beer in barrels at our Sockerbruket Sour Brewery.

In this week we brewed a collaboration with one of Sweden's best brewers, Olle from O|O Brewing, we were asked to brew the official beer for GBG Beer Week 2017.
