In this week’s brewery update we release two new IPAs. First up is a New England IPA “Colonial Hipster”, all hazy and fruity, followed by our second collaboration with The Red Lion and Restaurant 2112 called “Super Larsson World”.
In this week’s, slightly delayed, brewery update, due to a storm that was brewing in Amsterdam, we reveal our latest Berliner Weisse, there’s news on a brand new IPA on the horizon, and you can now get some merchandise directly at our Tap Room. And according to the experts, you shouldn’t “spit” while tasting beers.
This past week we released our first Nitro Coffee, a collaboration with our good friends Da Matteo coffee roasters, whilst his week, on the 1st of June, we’re releasing more cans of “A Moment of Clarity, GBG Beer Week 2017” at Systembolaget, just in time for summer. We’d also like to say a big thanks to everyone who joined us in Edinburgh, Stockholm and our Tap Room over the weekend.
In this week’s Brewery Update, we prepare for a big weekend at the Beerbliotek Tap Room where we premiere out outdoor serving area, we’ve packaged a new black beer on Monday, and we’re heading to the Edinburgh Craft Beer Festival for the first time this year.

In this week’s Brewery Update, we look at some of the versions of beer we have made in the past two years, along with the barrels we filled with deliciousness on Friday. There’s also a bit of a walk down memory lane and our first labels with the bridge. Then finally. we’re looking forward to the Tap Room opening again next week, with a side-by-side tasting of batch one and two of Göteborgswits.
This weekend we attended another festival, this time at Haket, one of our favourite pubs in Gothenburg, and packed some more pallets of beer, to export to Estonia, Italy, Finland & Scotland.
This weekend we heard news from the Helsinki Beer Festival that two of our beers have won awards, Adam is in Australia on holiday, and managed to squeeze in a brew day with our friends at Moon Dog, and our latest beer at Systembolaget sold out in a few days, so we have urgently shipped some more.
